DL-1.0
Heat insulating lightweight silica refractories.
Specification of Ukraine 23.2-00191738-007:2012
Lightweight silica refractories of DL-1.0 grade differ from the lightweight products of DL-1.2 grade with higher porosity, and, as consiquences, less weight. In its turn, this provides this products with heat insulating properties higher than in other representatives of silica lightweight products.
The DL grade refractories found their use in metallurgical, glass industry, machine-building industry, and are used both in working lining of the furnaces not subject to exposure to molten metal and mechanical shocks, and in intermediate (protective) insulation.
Maximum temperature of their application is 1550°С.
The products are supplied on wooden pallets interlaid with cardboard, with protected corners, wrapped with stretch film and bundled with plastic strip.
